Legacy Revival is a USA-based, family-owned photo restoration service. We help families restore old, faded, and damaged photographs and create personalized family calendars and cookbooks. Our purpose is to help your photographs feel as beautiful and meaningful years from now as the moments they hold.
Nick and Brandi bring almost two decades of combined photography experience, complemented by professional Adobe Photoshop restoration and editing through our Restored by Hand service. With a genuine passion for images that tell your story, we approach each memory with care. How to get the best picture
- Gently wipe your phone’s camera lens with a soft, clean cloth.
- Lay the print flat on a plain surface near a window. Avoid direct sunlight. Remove it from glass only if it comes out easily—never pull a stuck or fragile photo free.
- Turn off the flash. Move yourself or the print until you see no glare or shadows across the picture.
- Keep your phone level and directly above the print, not at an angle. Move closer instead of zooming. Keep all four corners visible with a small border around them.
- Tap the photo on your phone screen to focus. Hold still, then take the picture.
- Open the picture and zoom in to check the faces. If they look blurry or there is glare, take another. Upload the original camera photo without filters or a screenshot.

We work on your photograph in Adobe Photoshop, carefully working through the damage while preserving what makes it yours.

Get help with my photosHow do I take a picture of an old print?
Place the print flat near a window, away from direct sunlight. Turn off the flash, hold your phone level above the print, and include all four corners. Tap to focus, then check the faces for blur and the picture for glare. Upload the original camera photo without filters.
Do I have to mail my original?
No. We work from the digital photo you choose. Your original print stays with you.
How will I receive my restored photo?
Tap “My Photos” at the top of this site. Your finished pictures appear there with Original, Restored, and Compare buttons and a Save Photo button. You can also write an optional memory note and download it separately to keep with your photograph. Use the same browser you ordered with, or choose Email Photo Link to open your photos on another device. No sign-in is needed.
What if my restoration needs more attention?
If your order did not finish or the result needs attention, send us a help request. Include your order reference if you have it and describe what needs fixing. Nick and Brandi will review it with you. Please do not pay again for an interrupted order.
How are my photos handled?
Your photo is uploaded when you continue to checkout. Your original and restored copy are stored privately so we can process your order and provide your download. Email us with privacy or deletion requests.
